The City of Cleveland will hold two public meetings in June regarding the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget, providing residents an opportunity to review and comment on the city's financial plans for the coming year.
The first meeting, a budget hearing, is scheduled for Thursday, June 4, at 8:30 a.m. during a called meeting of the Mayor and City Council. The hearing will take place at the Oak Springs Center, located at 342 Campbell Street.
Following the public hearing, the Mayor and City Council will conduct the second reading and formal adoption of the FY 2026-2027 budget during a called meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., also at the Oak Springs Center.
City officials encourage all interested citizens to attend both meetings and participate in the budget process.
A budget summary will be available for public inspection beginning Monday, June 1. Residents may review the document online at the city's website or in person at Cleveland City Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
