City of Gainesville's social media post says that race officials have cancelled today's scheduled races due to forecasted weather conditions. NCAA authorities say racing will resume on Sunday, picking up where the events left off from late Friday evening.

Gainesville city officials and NCAA Championships organizers extend their thanks to all of the athletes, coaches, volunteers, and fans for their flexibility as the organizers try to provide a safe and successful championship experience.
